Cold Mix (Mechanical Stabilization) Asphalt Plant

In a main artery with heavy vehicle traffic, we see that this thickness reaches a very high thickness of 120 cm.
The formation of pits on the existing ground causes an increase in the amount of asphalt to be used. To prevent this from happening, the ground surface before asphalt should be covered with plantmix base material. Removing the unevenness and pitting on the floor causes savings in the coating material. Thus, the total cost is much more affordable.
How E-MAK PMT Works
This foundation layer needs to be designed. It is designed according to the percentages passing according to the sieves used in the crushers production in line with the 15-day sieve analysis average. Some construction sites make a mixture of 3 and 4. It is more convenient to prepare and break the 3 of the mixtures in the construction site environment. Because its efficiency is higher. The undulation that will occur during laying should be minimized in this layer, otherwise the undulations on the way will cause the same effect on the BSK surface.
Plant Mix, which is produced from a special and strong alloy resistant to wear, is one of the basic aggregate preparation systems.
The mechanical plant works automatically. If necessary, you can operate it manually. Dosing bands of Cold Aggregate Silos; It is connected with the electric motor and has the feature of stepless dosage adjustment. During production, the belt speeds can be brought to the desired level from the control cabinet with the speed control unit. There are 4 layers of cord fabric on the 1000 mm wide belt. The movement of the total bands is directly integrated with the motor-reducer group of at least 11 kW. The parts in which the mixture is made in the mixer consist of wear resistant exchangeable steel cast plates (Ni Hard 4). Mixer arms are made of cast steel material and prepare the mixture in a way that does not leave a swept place in the mixer. The automation system is operated with automatic control control.
