Cold Asphalt Recycling System

Cold Asphalt Recycling System

E-MAK is a completely domestic and national company. It offers quality in European Standards. For this reason, it has determined to offer its customers the best products with the most accurate service as a company policy. Especially asphalt plant is one of the leading brands of the country in its field.

Recycling of scraped asphalt (RAP - Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement - Desired Removed Pavement Asphalt), which emerged after the renovation of existing roads, has become a mandatory unit in asphalt plants serving large cities. RAP material, which started to be used by participating in asphalt production at the rates allowed in the highway specifications of the countries, not only provides cost advantage but is a requirement of environmental awareness. Cold Asphalt Recycling System is produced in desired dimensions and features according to the order.

Cold Asphalt Recycling System Equipment

  • RAP silo
  • Feeding band
  • Elevator
  • Feeding Storage
  • Weighing dosing belt
  • Mixer blast channel units

Mobile asphalt production facilities allow the addition of recycled asphalt material up to 25%, which is suitable for fixed asphalt production facilities. The dosing system can be seamlessly adapted to customers' existing systems. A lot of recycled material is used in the middle ring dosing system. The material is added into the dryer drum through an elevator. The material is mixed at this stage and heat is applied.

Thanks to the feed type recycling system, up to 30% recycled asphalt (RAP) material can be added into the mixer, depending on the quality and humidity of the recycled material. Mixer feed type recycling system is a system that can be applied to all existing systems.
In the multi-variable dosing system, the scraped asphalt material can be added up to 40%. This rate is the highest possible rate for cold recycling. The recycling material can be conveyed directly from the feed silo to the mixing tower via an inclined conveyor. Recycled material is fed into the mixer in small quantities.

As E-Mak, we aim to control the negative effects that may cause on the environment during the production, design, and after-sales services of asphalt technologies with the environmental management system we have established.
